about

this song is about working together and doing small things to help others. recycling, car pooling, etc. :)

lyrics

some love from the pavement
the traffic, the people who walk by
armed with hands to hold

let's put this back outside for everyone's kids to remember
pay on the way out

hey
here's some extra
thought i'd tell you, it's free on some days
and today is your lucky day

there's still some room in the backseat
don't sweat it, i don't mind
now we're even
now we're even brighter than we'd be in separate cars
separate cars

there's no need to rush now
what you've got here is a captive audience i'd say
your money's no good

there's still some room in the backseat
don't sweat it, i don't mind
now we're even
now we're even brighter than we'd be in separate cars
separate cars

about

Rachel Mousie Cincinnati, Ohio

I like to sing and write songs. I play the keys and use a looping station to create live harmonies and hand percussion rhythms. Sometimes when I'm practicing my cat sits on my lap and gives me feedback in the form of cat sounds. Once I find a way to incorporate that I'll have it all figured out.

I aim to make you feel something, whatever that may be. I hope I am successful :)
